The Royal Albert Dock is celebrating World Cocktail Day on 13 May, coinciding with the Eurovision Grand Finale! You can head down to the following venues on Liverpool’s iconic waterfront to get into the Eurovision spirit.

Selected venues at Royal Albert Dock 

Created in partnership with leading chef Olia Hercules for Eat Drink Ukraine, visitors to selected venues at Royal Albert Dock can enjoy a Ukrainian Kompot Spritz. 

The fruity cocktail is made with berries, rhubarb and sour cherries as well as Ukrainian vodka, a splash of Prosecco and soda water. Pick up a glass from Lunyalita, Madre, Maray, Burnt Milk Hotel, The One O’Clock Gun, Tate Liverpool Cafe and Fab4 Cafe. Guests are also invited to make a voluntary donation of £1, which will be added to their bill to raise funds for #cookforukraine.

Titanic Hotel Liverpool 

Head to the luxury Titanic Hotel for a cocktail guaranteed to tantalise tastebuds on Grand Finale day. Suitably named after the song contest’s famous turquoise carpet, Turquoise Vision is includes vodka, Blue Curaçao, pineapple juice, gimme syrup and passionfruit, and mirrors the Ukrainian flag.  

What’s Cooking 

Located a stone’s throw from the arena where all the action is taking place, enjoy a pre-show tipple at What’s Cooking and sip on their Ukrainian-inspired cocktail, Budmo, which means ‘Cheers’. Ingredients include vanilla vodka, licor 43, honey syrup, orange juice, blue Curaçao and lemon juice.

Revolution and Revolucion de Cuba

Those looking to get into the Eurovision sprit can head to Revolution and Revolucion de Cuba at Royal Albert Dock for their signature themed cocktail, a Solovoy Peach Iced Tea. Made with Blue Curaçao, Solovey Vodka, Yorkshire Tea, Lemon, Peach and Sugar Syrup, it’s sure to get the party started.

Gusto 

Raise a glass to Gusto’s colourful creation, To Ukraine With Love. Developed specially for the occasion, sip on the refreshing flavours off Bombay Citron Presse Gin, Limoncello, lemon, passion fruit, orange juice, Briottet and blue Curaçao while overlooking Royal Albert Dock’s rippling waters for the perfect al fresco experience.
