LEAF Pudding Club

A Taste of Summer – Thurs 17^th and Friday 18^th July, Liverpool

Pudding Club takes place at LEAF throughout the year. On rotation at the flagship Bold Street HQ, Smithdown Road and Little LEAF, Pudding Club features lashings of sweet-toothed rapture with five delicious courses carefully paired with LEAF’s loose-leaf teas.

There are regular themed dates too so there’s always plenty of invention, including this July’s A Taste of Summer, with Bold St hosting Pudding Club on Thursday 17^th July and Smithdown Road on Friday 18^th. Expect seasonal delights inspired by sun-kissed days and the abundance of amazing ingredients ripe and ready to work with.

Don’t forget LEAF have almost 100 varieties of tea and LEAF’s resident Tea expert – Tea Tony – ensures each course has the perfect tea partner.

With cake and tea such a classic combination, Pudding Club is an institution in Liverpool and has been running for many years. The next dates will be announced soon.

1. Rhubarb and custard tart
   2. Brioche summer pudding, summer fruits
   3. Badam baked cheesecake, filo, pistachios, pistachio cream
   4. Blueberry Frangipane tart, creme fraiche
   5. Chocolate and raspberry tart

6.30pm doors – starts 7pm promptly / £25 per person
