Mental Health & Me Session

Despite the attention it receives, there is no scientific evidence to suggest that Blue Monday is the most depressing day of the year. Instead of focusing on a label, we’re using the moment to reframe it as Yellow Monday, a chance to pause, check in, and think more intentionally about how we look after our mental health.

In this session, we’ll explore what mental health really means in everyday life, how stress and pressure can show up for us, and simple, practical ways to support our wellbeing at work and beyond. There’s no pressure to feel positive or have everything figured out; this is about awareness, reflection, and small, manageable steps that help us take care of ourselves.
