Peer Networks is a national peer-to-peer networking programme for leaders that want to grow and develop their organisation for future success.

Funded by the Government and delivered in Liverpool City Region by Ai Change Management the team are gathering diverse cohorts of business leaders to collaboratively work through common business issues.

Through interactive action learning, AI Change Management will enable you to discuss your own challenges, gain and reflect on valuable feedback and implement practical solutions to overcome them. From finance and HR to sales, marketing and more, the expert facilitators will give you the flexibility to create a trusted support network that works for you, helping you to build and strengthen your business and improve its overall performance. The programme includes group sessions were you’ll solve problems with other leaders, and one-to-one time with our experts to share and act on issues in your business.

Eligibility

You will be eligible for Peer Networks if you:

  • Have been operating for at least one year
  • Have five employees or associates
  • Have a turnover of £100K (before Covid-19)
  • Want to grow and improve your business
