BID levy enquiries
For BID levy bill or payments enquiries, you should contact Liverpool City Council’s Non-Domestic Rates (NDR) team who collect the BID levy on our behalf.

We assist in managing promotional spaces across the BID Area in Liverpool city centre via Promote in Liverpool which BID Levy Payers get two free promotional site bookings per year.
