Eyes on Stalks – A Light Art Trail

During Must-See Month, from Friday 13th February – Friday 13th March, you can enjoy the wonderous displays in city centre windows, and witness the magic as creatures of all shapes and sizes will light up the night.

The Eyes on Stalks – A Light Trail has been supported by the Liverpool Business Improvement District Arts & Culture Fund.

The Light Art Trail Map

Part of Must-See Month, the Eyes on Stalks trail features four stunning lantern artworks across the Liverpool Commercial Business District.

The accessible public trail features a host of incredible illuminated art installations and curious characters in window galleries across Liverpool City Centre locations – World-class artworks with a theatrical carnival-style twist, all dreamed up, designed and made in Liverpool and previously shown at events and festivals all around the Globe.

The trail is delivered by the Lantern Company, an artist led organisation that creates thought provoking and uplifting projects, commissions and events that bring people together in unusual and outdoor spaces.

“Its such a pleasure to have the opportunity to create this illuminated public art trail which showcases the incredible wealth of local artistic talent from our team over many years – we are delighted to make the artworks accessible to absolutely everybody through street window galleries. Audiences can view our ‘Eyes on Stalks’ art trail 24/7, although it’s especially exciting to view from dusk onwards each night, when they’ll be illuminated”
