Metquarter Welcomes New Food Hall To The Centre
Metquarter has today (23 May 2025) opened its doors to an exciting new food hall in the centre. Set across 10,152sq on the upper level of Metquarter, Victoria Street Collective is a welcome addition to the city’s already thriving restaurant scene and will be home to nine independent food and drink traders.
A modern and dynamic food hall celebrating the city’s rich history and growing culinary diversity, Victoria Street Collective will offer visitors a variety of cuisines under one roof.
Blending the city’s heritage with a vibrant hub of culture and cuisine, the food offerings at VSC represent global cuisines and culinary styles with something for every taste. From Indian and Greek to Mexican and Korean, there is a dish for everyone with vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free and halal options all available. The venue will also run from day to night with everything from all day breakfast to lunch, dinner and drinks.
Perfect for any occasion, VSC is ideal for families, friends, co-workers, or solo diners looking for a relaxed food destination to visit for a casual lunch, after work drinks or a weekend hangout. Guests can also use the venue as a flexible workspace with free Wi-Fi available every day.
To celebrate the opening, on Friday 23 May, VSC will offer all visitors 25% off food, 2-4-1 draught beer, 2 cocktails for £12 and all kids will eat free!

Burger N Wings – Serving up mouthwatering, juicy burgers stacked with fresh ingredients. Pair with crispy, flavourful wings tossed in your choice of signature sauces, from tangy and sweet to fiery and bold!
