Liverpool BID Company’s Mystery Shop is back for 2024!

Our Mystery Shopping program and awards are back, and we couldn’t be any more excited! Our program includes Liverpool city centres businesses, and scores them on on areas such as friendliness, knowledge and cleanliness.  ✨

The top performing businesses will be recognised at a celebratory awards evening on Tuesday 12th November, where other top-scoring businesses across the city centre will come together to celebrate their achievements and find out who will win the coveted BID Trophies! 🏆

All businesses will also receive a personalised report with survey scores, business ranking, and data as feedback on your visit. There will also be the chance to attend a feedback session with our Mystery Shop providers themselves, who will run through your results in detail, and answer any questions you may have as well as providing valuable insight into the value of customer experience, and the impact this has on average spend and likelihood to return and recommend.. 🙋
