Now in its 15th year, the Mystery Shop programme visited 99 businesses across Liverpool city centre, recognising excellence in customer service. Congratulations on being a finalist – a reflection of your hard work and commitment. Tonight we celebrate the top-performing businesses, reveal the winners of this year’s BID Trophies, and share insights from the programme. All businesses will also receive a personalised report with survey scores, business ranking, and data as feedback on your visit.
