Liverpool Celebrates Mystery Shop 2026 will take place on Tuesday 15th September at the Adelphi Hotel ✨

Now in its 16th year, the Mystery Shop programme returns this Summer. Over the period from May – August, any Levy Paying businesses who have opted-in to the free program will be mystery shopped by ProInsight.

All businesses will also receive a personalised report with survey scores, business ranking, and data as feedback on your visit.
