Liverpool’s top personal training gym, Absolute Body Solutions (ABS), is offering levy payers a 10% discount off their range of personal training programmes. 

ABS had two private gyms in Liverpool, one is based at 14 Castle Street in the city centre and the other is located on Gaskill Road in Speke. 

The team have a range of programmes to choose from, including their renowned 6, 12 and 16 week transformation plans. 

Every programme is tailored to the client’s individual goals, fitness levels and lifestyle. Clients can train one-to-one or in a pair.  

The 10% discount will be applied to the first programme only.
