Fighting fraud takes hard work, dedication and the application of carefully nurtured specialist skills and knowledge. Through the Level 4 Counter Fraud Investigator apprenticeship, both new and experienced staff will develop skills to outsmart the most sophisticated fraudsters. They will gain access to a collaborative environment where they will gain a blend of practical experience and theoretical learning, with hands on experience and exposure to advanced techniques and cutting-edge skills from our subject matter experts. On completion those working in Housing will gain greater credibility and status in the fraud profession.

• 14 Modules- Fraud Principles & Methodology *Key Duties of a Fraud Investigator *Emotional Intelligence *Key legislation relating to Fraud Investigation *Mapping a Fraud investigation *Fraud Investigation Key Principles *Principles of an Interview *Fraud Report Construction & Submission *The Rules of Disclosure in a civil or criminal investigation *Presenting evidence at trials, hearings & tribunals *Supplementary legislation relating to a Fraud Investigation *The role of Intelligence in a fraud investigation *Open Source for internet-based research & investigation *Mental Health Awareness.
• End Point Assessment – Professional discussion underpinned by portfolio and an Investigation report, presentation and questioning based on an ongoing investigation.
• Alignment with recognition by: Government CFI Profession/ Practitioner.
