Pride Weekend at Heaven Liverpool
Pride Weekend is Friday 26th to Sunday 28th July, with the key focus being the Pride Party on the Saturday 27th.
Heaven is open from midday on the Saturday 27th July, all the way through until 8AM the following morning, making it Liverpool’s longest pride celebration totalling 20 HOURS!
The street festival outside of Heaven is from midday to 10PM, with a rotating line-up of DJs playing on the day including It’s Charlie, Mace & Jade Jaxon, accompanied by a rotating line-up of performers on the main stage including Athena Barbital, Ava Cassandra, Naya Thorn, Lexi Blac, Rodger and many more.
The theme for this year’s Pride celebration is ‘Everybody Say Love’ inspired by RuPaul’s iconic catchphrase. The theme was selected as a powerful message that at the end of the day, when you take away the drag queens, the music, the rainbow flags and the decorations, Pride is a celebration of love and ultimately a protest of the right for every person to love whoever they want to.
Entertainment: Drag queens, gogo dancers, voguers, entertainers, stilt walkers, and ballroom champions lighting up the stage, including Athena Barbital, Ava Cassandra, Naya Thorn, Joss La Porta and many, many more!
Free Merch: Giveaways all day from the fabulous Queens including flags, limited edition Love t-shirts, Love hand fans and Love bucket hats!!
On the day Heaven will be playing a mix of classic pride anthems, songs about love, campy pop and house music.
After the street festival ends at 10PM, Heaven will be carrying on the party inside until 8AM, where Heaven residents DJ’s Mace and Taz Jones will be playing.
Entry to the day party is completely FREE, with entry into Heaven later on being charged on the door only, no tickets necessary.
