Help Sedulo deliver Christmas for hundreds of children who would otherwise go without.

There are more than four million children living in poverty in the UK right now, or to put it more bluntly, nine pupils in every class of 30.

More families, including those at work, are struggling to provide for their children and there will be so many young people waking up on Christmas Day without a present under the tree.

The Christmas Toy Appeal aims to stop this from happening to some of the children facing societal disadvantage in the UK today.

Last year marked their most impactful Toy Appeal yet, as they delivered over 17,000 thoughtfully chosen gifts to underprivileged children across the UK.

Partnering with 28 local charities and caregivers, Sedulo provided children the chance to write letters to Santa and receive personalised gifts that matched their wishes—from clothes and toys to arts and crafts, as well as the season’s popular items.

Paul Cheetham-Karcz, CEO at Sedulo:

“Christmas is a time for children to have fun and the thought of some not receiving any presents on Christmas Day is heartbreaking.

The Toy Appeal really is one of the most important things we do at the Foundation because it is a time when children facing societal disadvantage are forgotten the most.”

Beyond gifts, they also supported families in making cherished memories by providing £24,000 worth of Christmas dinners. These meals gave parents and children the chance to come together around the table, enjoy a festive meal with all the trimmings, and create joyful memories that last long after the season.
