Small Business Saturday UK takes place on Saturday 4 December and celebrates small business success plus encourages consumers to ‘shop local’ and support businesses in their communities.

Now in its ninth year, Small Business Saturday has been created to celebrate and support small businesses across the globe. On Small Business Saturday customers across the UK go out and support all types of small businesses – online, in offices and in stores. Many small businesses take part on the day by hosting events and offering promotions or discounts.
