Let the music play

Visit Liverpool’s destination partnership with TikTok is a coming together of two iconic global brands to create a TikTok city of music playground. To accelerate Liverpool City Region’s destination positioning and support the visitor economy to maximise profile during Eurovision Song Contest 2023, TikTok are offering a free virtual workshop for small business and local attractions in Liverpool. On attendance of the workshops, attractions will be issued with a unique QR code to encourage visitors to upload authentic content (UGC)

The workshop is designed to kick-off or level up your TikTok content and learn how to make engaging and effective videos that highlight and promote your business and local community.

During this workshop, you’ll learn how to:

  • Create engaging TikTok content and use the TikTok Places feature to promote your business
  • Use storytelling techniques to make your content stand out and engage your audience
  • Incorporate cultural and community elements into your content

TikTok Places is a new in-app feature that enables users to tag their location when creating content. So whether you are a restaurant, coffee shop, a vintage store, museum or anything in between,TikTok Places gives visitors to Liverpool, and the global TikTok community, the chance to discover your brand.

The workshop takes place 20th April at 6pm – please cascade the invitation to the relevant members of your team.  There are 200 spaces available for the workshop, so please register here to avoid disappointment.
