BID Levy Payers can now access over 200 free courses via live, interactive webinars, as well as on demand courses, allowing businesses to train staff flexibly and to suit their needs.
The Training Hub includes a range of subjects including Communications, Customer Service, Leadership and Wellbeing.
There are over 200 courses available via live, interactive webinars, including GDPR Compliance, Mental Wellness, Office 365, Retail and Hospitality – and many more!
Businesses can also access on-demand courses, as we understand the importance of accessible and flexible training for your staff.
Our Training Hub is free for all BID Levy Payers and employees. You can register directly below to browse courses, start learning and download your certificates.
