In 2023, Liverpool BID Company launched the Voluntary BID Membership. The voluntary model provides benefits to those businesses who already pay a BID levy, and to the business who decide to opt in and become a levy payer.

The membership allows for enhanced collaboration and partnership opportunities across the city, increased opportunity for resilience, community and place making and supports operational delivery via increased revenue.

We spoke to Catarina Pereira, Relationships & Events Manager at Fazenda Liverpool who became a Voluntary Member in 2023, about how Fazenda benefit from our BID Services. She said:
