BID Businesses are invited to join us for a Free Morning Mindfulness Session at 11am on Yellow Monday at the Royal Liver Building. About the session
Mindfulness for Wellbeing – An Introduction
This session will give you a brief introduction to mindfulness and offer you some practical ways that it can help with well-being and stress reduction. The session is designed to be accessible, interesting, and enjoyable.
The session will include:
– Information about the background and theory behind mindfulness
– Practical tools and techniques that you can use in everyday life
– The opportunity to try out some simple mindfulness practices
– Space for questions and discussion
– Follow-up resources, including audio tracks, video links and handouts
This session will be delivered by Dave Spencer, an experienced therapist and well-being professional, with a specialism in mindfulness. Dave is the Founder of Mindfulness Liverpool and an associate with Breathworks CIC, one of the leading mindfulness training organisations in the UK. As well as a range of professional training qualifications, Dave holds an MSc in Mindfulness-Based Approaches and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy.
